- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Programme teams.
- Manage relationships with external implementation and delivery partners.
- Identify, track and elevate programme risks, issues and dependencies as required.
- Ensure alignment between the fleet systems programme and related initiatives, including payment solutions and wider Finance transformation activities.
- Support data migration, reconciliation and Finance readiness activities.
- Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure key financial controls and requirements are appropriately tested.
- Contribute to process mapping, procedure development and operational readiness planning.
- Provide regular project updates to Finance leadership and support programme governance activities.
- Assist with training material development and support end-user adoption activities.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines a strong understanding of accounting and Finance processes with experience delivering business change and transformation.
You will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, coordinating workstreams, influencing decisions and driving progress within complex programmes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience gained within a Finance environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, reconciliations and Finance operations.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale transformation, change or systems implementation programmes.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams and levels.
- Experience working closely with both Finance and Technology functions.
- Strong project coordination or programme delivery experience.
- Ability to identify, manage and elevate risks, issues and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.
