Technical Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, controls, and best practices.
- Experience in access provisioning and access management processes in a regulated environment.
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and access governance controls.
- Experience executing periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and remediation activities.
- Familiarity with IAM-related compliance and policy requirements, including MFA, SSO, and password controls.
- Awareness of automation, with the ability to streamline operational processes through technology.
- Strong process, risk, and control mindset, with the ability to identify issues and drive them through to closure.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within Wealth Management or financial services environments.
- Experience supporting client onboarding programmes involving high-volume account migrations.
- Exposure to entitlement reporting and group-based access models across enterprise platforms.
- Experience delivering IAM-related change programmes or migrations.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvements in operational support functions.
