Overview


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change PMO Consultant to join a large-scale global HR transformation programme within a leading international banking organisation.


Working as part of Project, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of a complex people change programme across Europe and Australia. This position is ideal for a PMO professional with strong data management capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience operating within large, regulated environments.


This is not an HR specialist role; however, exposure to HR transformation programmes, workforce change initiatives or employee lifecycle processes would be advantageous.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support the end-to-end delivery of a global business change programme.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

  • Manage and analyse large volumes of workforce and programme data.

  • Produce regular governance, reporting and project tracking outputs.

  • Partner with HR, Business Change, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Country and programme leadership teams.

  • Support data-driven decision making through effective analysis and reporting.

  • Maintain project documentation, controls and governance processes.

  • Escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate and make logical recommendations to stakeholders.


Skills & Experience Required



  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within a PMO or Project Management Office function.

  • Experience supporting business change and transformation programmes.

  • Strong data management and reporting experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation and reporting.

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on available information.

  • Experience operating within large-scale corporate environments.

  • Exposure to HR transformation or people change programmes.

  • Experience supporting global programmes.

  • Previous experience within a regulated environment.

  • Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance processes.

  • Experience working across multiple geographical regions and stakeholder groups.
