Job Description

Role Title: Linux Engineer

Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2025

Location: Knutsford, Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

Rate: up to £506 p/d Umbrellainside IR35

Role purpose / summary

Our client is looking for a Linux Engineer with strong Operations + Automation(Shell, Python) experience to join the team.

Key Skills/ requirements

Red Hat Certified Engineer.
Provide advanced operational support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
Perform in-depth performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of operating systems.
Standard shell scripting.
Familiarity with Ruby (preferred but not essential)
Automation experience (Shell, Python)
