As part of the Identity Access Management Team, you will be supporting the delivery of IAM services to ensure the right people (or systems) have the right access to the right resources at the right time, and for the right reasons. It typically covers:

  • Identity lifecycle management – creating, modifying, and removing user accounts
  • Authentication – verifying who someone is (e.g., passwords, MFA, certificates)
  • Authorization – controlling what users are allowed to access
  • Governance & auditing – tracking access and ensuring compliance

Your role:

  • Create IAM Service Design, detail TOM, Lead transition KT and Shadowing
  • IAM Service Leadership and Governance
  • KPI-SLA tracking and reporting
  • Risks and issues management

Your skills and experience:

  • Hybrid IAM Environment Service Leadership experience
  • Deep expertise across IAM domains – IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM & PKI

Additional desirable skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience in supporting On-Prem IAM tools like Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Cloud IAM tools like Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting PAM tools like BeyondTrust.
