Payroll Lead functional consultant/architect to work on Discovery phase of a payroll migration programme as workstream lead of payroll workstream.

Essential Skills: SAP HCM Payroll S/4 and/or ECC SAP HCM Payroll configuration expert

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client’s business requirements and determine impact on existing scope for payroll in an existing ROM
  • Work in collaboration with Data Lead to assess migration tools from Epi-Use and Spinifex and make recommendations to client
  • In collaboration with colleagues, update existing ROM, revising scope, plan and estimated costs for payroll area based on findings from discovery activities
  • Support engagement manager in production SOW for next (Foundation) phase, specifically in area scope, plan and resource profile for payroll
  • Maintain workstream plan for all activities for migration tooling assessment/recommendation and business requirement impact assessment
  • Identify and manage risks and issues in areas of responsibility and their mitigations and resolutions
  • Produce weekly status reports covering areas of responsibility
