Working within an HR Reinvention team, you will play a key role in analysing and improving HR processes, policies and operational procedures. You will support business transformation initiatives through process mapping, policy analysis, requirements gathering, content validation and knowledge base preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong analytical skills and experience working within complex HR environments to contribute to a large-scale transformation programme.
