You will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing priorities, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide proactive, high-level personal assistant support to senior leadership. /li li Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring the effective use of executive time. /li li Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. /li li Manage email traffic and correspondence, prioritising urgent matters appropriately. /li li Escalate, delegate and track actions through to successful completion. /li li Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation and follow-up actions. /li li Build and maintain strong working relationships across leadership teams and wider EA/PA networks. /li li Maintain accurate, secure and confidential records, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately at all times. /li li Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations through effective planning, organisation and administration. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p To be successful in this role, youll be a highly organised and confident professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders. /p p br /p p strong Key Skills Experience: /strong /p ul li Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders. /li li Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. /li li Strong verbal and written communication skills. /li li Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve issues proactively. /li li Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion. /li li Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. /li li Calm and professional approach when working under pressure. /li li Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using virtual meeting platforms. /li li Flexible, collaborative and adaptable working style. /li /ul p br /p p strong Desirable /strong /p ul li Experience within defence, aerospace, engineering, government, or other regulated environments. /li li Current Security Clearance. /li /ul
