Location: Hybrid – London 3 days a week

A leading global insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Global Quality Assurance Reviewer to join their UK-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact function within a dynamic and international environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting claim file reviews to assess compliance with best practices and identify opportunities for improvement across Casualty claims. The role involves working across various levels of claim complexity and geographies, ensuring consistent quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality reviews on claim files in line with programme guidelines and best practice standards.
  • Lead and organise Benchmark reviews, including scheduling, team oversight, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners, delivering constructive feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Identify trends and areas for enhancement, working with claims teams to implement action plans.
  • Provide support for personal development and skill enhancement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in handling and auditing Casualty claims across multiple sublines.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices in claims handling.
  • Experience in claims analysis and audit is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Organised and proactive approach to work.
  • Additional language skills (French and/or German) are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to other office locations.
