The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant & Business Support professional to support the Global Facultative CEO and senior leadership team. This is a senior EA role with an expanded remit, combining first‑class executive support with hands‑on business support. The role plays a critical part in helping senior leaders stay organised, prepared, and focused on delivery in a fast‑moving, global environment.
The successful candidate will be confident operating beyond a traditional EA role, bringing sound judgement, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage complexity with discretion and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of the Global Facultative business, supporting the Global CEO and his immediate team, and helping ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively across a global agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level EA support to the Global Facultative CEO and senior leadership team
- Manage complex diaries, travel, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Act as a central coordination point for leadership activity, meetings, and communications
- Anticipate priorities, manage competing demands, and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Support the planning and delivery of leadership, client, and internal events
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, briefing packs, and leadership materials
- Track actions, decisions, and follow‑ups to maintain momentum and alignment
- Support leadership meetings, team forums, and client‑facing engagements
- Connect across teams, regions, and functions to keep work moving efficiently
- Take on additional tasks aligned to evolving business and leadership priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, efficiency, and communication
- Operate confidently within a global, professional environment
About You
- A senior, experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with experience supporting C‑suite or senior leaders
- Experience working within insurance – ESSENTIAL
- Comfortable working beyond a traditional EA remit into broader business support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished materials
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Trusted, discreet, and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Foreign language capability is a strong advantage
