Role purpose / summary
Our client is looking for a Delivery Lead to join the team and be responsible for the end to end management of the project therefore need to have significant experience in planning, finance forecasting, risk management and progress reporting.
Key Skills/requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
