Role purpose / summary

Our client is looking for a Delivery Lead to join the team and be responsible for the end-to-end management of the project. Therefore, significant experience in planning, finance forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting is required.

Key Skills/requirements

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
