Our client is currently searching for a Change and Communications Lead to join their team in London. They are looking for someone to build and implement communication and change implementation plans across a number of high priority business change programmes. A highly visible role with senior leaders, connecting across our clients R&D and Medical organisations and strategic initiatives to deliver elevated value for evidence and external data within our client.
Responsibilities:
- Change management and communications Lead to support the business and change management required to operationalise (implement and embed) key programmes of work
- Strategic change and communication planning and execution
- Operational integration and development of enterprise and R&D level capability, process, and tools to aid embedding.
- Provide business insights and analysis to support recommendations to enhance project and change success and delivery.
- Design, implement and track metrics against agreed business change criteria.
Background / Experience:
- Proven broad business leadership and soft skills required to enable the implementation and BAU transition of IES globally and influencing adoption within RU/TA areas.
- Design and development of project communications and change portfolio across enterprise working within and leading matrix teams of business leader to focus future change projects.
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical R&D and Medical environment through strategic communications, change management, project management, or operations role.
