Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HAM Business Process Analyst to support our Hardware Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, with specific experience in IT asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current HAM processes across procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to streamline workflows.
  • Support the implementation of HAM tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track asset performance and utilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, ideally within HAM or IT Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
