About the Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Civil Portfolio Services team as an Aftermarket Support Specialist. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering strategic projects, meeting business commitments, and helping to grow our Aftermarket business. You’ll be the driving force behind multiple order books, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple internal and external order books.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Spares Programme.
- Oversee daily account operations and be accountable for order book delivery.
- Act as the voice of the distributor within GE, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order book health, including forecasting, risk, and opportunity management.
- Resolve financial disputes and manage delayed payments.
- Handle RMA returns, implement corrective actions, and ensure execution.
- Organise and support distributor and customer visits.
- Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) spares requests.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy planning.
- Support the Aftermarket Leader in project execution.
