Job Description Admin Assistant – Retail, Excel Admin Assistant – Retail, Excel The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working) . The duration of the contract is 2 months initially . The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour . The client is a multinational, high street retailer. Key accountabilities of the role Support the International Clothing & Home trading team in the delivery of a global product strategy, which maximises sales and aligns to the business strategy, across all selling channels and routes to market Understanding of the critical path lead-times for both product and partners, taking ownership for ensuring timely and effective inventory management Support the International Trading and Marketplace teams to ensure purchase orders are raised correctly within the critical path for optimum trading and supporting the Trading teams in delivering best in class selling events for all partners including assisting with product catalogue accuracy and event management Working with the Trading team and sourcing offices to track changes to product and ensure purchase orders are shipped on time for the planned seasonal launch.
