Description:
- Resolving level 2 and 3 incidents related to telephony and videoconferencing.
- Responding to specific hardware or software requests.
- Contributing to a technical knowledge base.
- Participating in telephony and videoconferencing projects.
- Occasionally assisting operations teams.
- Ensuring the operational maintenance (MCO) of the telephony and videoconferencing infrastructure.
- Providing knowledge transfer to technicians when necessary.
- Updating technical documentation and procedures.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones, Cisco SBS, VG2xx...), Webex, and Cisco videoconferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip…).
- Knowledge of VMware suite and vSAN storage.
- Familiarity with Kurmi, Telsica, and PeterConnects ecosystems.
- Good understanding of SIP/H323 protocols.
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and security, as well as system administration and PC environments would be a plus.
- International environment, so a good level of English (reading, speaking, writing) is required.
