Location: London – 2-3 days on site per week.

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis. Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well‑established team of over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Our UK operation is growing and has very aggressive plans for expansion over the coming years. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively. Experis UK has partnerships with major clients across the UK spanning multiple industries; our approach is a very personal one, with both our clients and our own employees. Requirements and Design role – technical skills

  • Expertise to lead workshops and document analysis to uncover both explicit and implicit requirements from a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to decompose high‑level information into detail, critically evaluate information from different sources, identify conflicts and distil the right solution(s) that fit with requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple solution options, assess root causes, technical feasibility and present suitable option(s).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, team player and relationship skills.

Data analysis role – technical skills

  • Strong understanding of and prior experience in delivery of data analysis, data attributes, structure, mappings.
  • Critical thinking, ability to analyse complex datasets and lineages, organizing information logically.
  • Ability to use data analysis and visualizing techniques to drive clarity and decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, team player and relationship skills.
