We are looking to hire a Product Designer to grow our 4‑person Design Team. This role will collaborate with Product, Engineering and wider teams across our suite of products, including:

  • Decision Platform – a B2B Enterprise Software product that helps insurers optimise their underwriting and claims process.
  • Protection Platform – a B2B SaaS marketplace for financial advisers and brokers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within an agile, cross‑functional team that includes engineers, product managers, data analysts, and product marketers.
  • Develop design solutions that consider existing technical constraints, business goals, and platform‑specific demands, all while being informed by data.
  • Take full ownership of your designs, from initial concept to high‑fidelity delivery, ensuring every detail is executed with precision.
  • Build a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions, encouraging collaborative thinking and innovation.
  • Plan and conduct user research using various methods to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to the company’s Design Guidelines and manage the Design System, ensuring consistency across all products and features.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on multiple concepts, knowing when to explore further or pivot to a new direction as needed.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Design, HCI, or have equivalent professional experience.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience designing responsive web platforms.
  • You have a proven track record in designing both new products and enhancing legacy systems.
  • Your portfolio showcases a modern, clean visual style, and clearly demonstrates your design approach. (Applications without a portfolio are unlikely to be considered).
  • You prioritize people‑focused design and are driven to create products and features that make a meaningful impact on users.
  • You are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX research tools.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator who thrives on feedback and collaboration.

Bonus Skills

  • Previous work in the FinTech or InsurTech industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in building and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems.
