Ref: SAC502 | Closing Date 30/09/2025 Underwoods Motoring in Clacton are looking for an experienced automotive Service operative to provide administrative support to the Service Reception, Warranty and Parts Department, and assist in the smooth running of the Workshop.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Service Manager, Parts and Warranty departments
- Liaise with the Workshop Controller
- Prepare and process paperwork, filing, invoicing completed work
- Support the Service Reception, action customer requirements and other administrative duties
- Work as part of a team following Underwoods and manufacturers’ guidelines to support an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive Service department necessary
- Additional experience with either Warranty or Parts departments beneficial
- Good communication and IT skills essential
