You will oversee and motivate a team of workshop technicians, maximise throughput and provide accurate repair estimates while keeping customers informed of progress.
The role requires experience in a busy main dealer environment, a good grasp of warranty processes, and a professional attitude.
Full UK driving license is required and there is no weekend work.
