The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Owner to drive delivery across key ecommerce clients. You’ll act as the voice of the client within delivery, owning backlogs, shaping solutions, and working closely with developers and project teams to ensure everything we ship delivers real commercial value. This role sits at the centre of product, delivery, and client collaboration, keeping work aligned, prioritised, and moving at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage product backlogs across multiple client projects
- Translate business and client needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, and delivery rituals
- Work closely with developers to scope, prioritise, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Champion the client vision within delivery teams
- Shape roadmaps and propose ecommerce improvements in Shopify capability
- Use data and performance insights to inform decisions and prioritisation
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact alongside delivery teams
- Support alignment between client expectations and delivery output
- Contribute to strategic conversations that shape long-term client success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agency or ecommerce environment
- Strong Shopify or ecommerce experience, ideally Shopify Plus
- Solid understanding of agile delivery and backlog management
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, able to prioritise based on impact and ROI
- Confident communicator who can align and challenge stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Technically literate, with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and ecommerce platforms
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Comfortable contributing to higher-level client discussions beyond delivery
