Contract: Maternity cover (estimated 12 months)

Travel: Regular/weekly client meetings in London and across the UK and occasional overnight stays
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Client Services Lead to cover maternity leave and ensure our client relationships remain strong, proactive and well supported. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients to maintain the high standards of service and delivery that define UWP.

Role Overview: The Client Services Lead owns and optimises the entire client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic alignment, and long‑term client satisfaction. The role is the primary point of escalation for clients, and leads regular QBRs, while driving internal RAG meetings to assess account health, risks and successes across the portfolio.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the owner of the client lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal or expansion.
- Serve as senior point of escalation for all client issues, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
- Lead QBR meetings with key clients, presenting performance insights, outcomes and recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of each client’s goals, challenges and success metrics.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Account Health & Performance
- Host regular RAG meetings with internal teams to review account status, risks and opportunities.
- Oversee client retention and renewal strategies, ensuring proactive engagement before key milestones.
- Monitor account profitability, scope adherence and service quality across the portfolio.
- Identify cross‑sell or upsell opportunities with support from strategy and delivery teams.
- Operational Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative and Delivery teams to ensure aligned, consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Standardise and improve client management processes, reporting templates and communication frameworks.
- Contribute to forecasting, resource planning and business development discussions.
About You: Experienced in client services or account management within a digital, creative or eCommerce agency. Skilled communicator who stays calm under pressure and focuses on solutions. Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets, scopes and renewals. Based in the UK with easy access to London for regular client meetings.
