Hospiria is our SaaS platform powering the next generation of rental operators. It combines property management, operations, compliance, bookings and financial tooling into a unified system—purpose-built for enterprise. TrustedStays enables global distribution of accredited rentals to GDS platforms like Amadeus, serving corporates, public sector buyers, and relocation firms.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead UnderTheDoormat\’s next chapter of development. You’ll report to the Founder-COO and be responsible for vision, strategy and delivery across both Hospiria (~70%) and TrustedStays (~30%).
We are on the cusp of full product-market fit. With a clear client base, a reliable delivery cadence, and traction across our core segments, the opportunity is to bring greater structure to discovery and scale delivery.
You’ll inherit:
- A well-defined delivery rhythm and clear ICP traction
- A robust cloud-native architecture
- CI/CD, strong observability, and 6-week delivery cycles
- A team of 10 developers and a highly capable Tech Lead
We’ve laid the foundation. Now we need a conductor—someone who can unify customer insight, commercial goals, and technical execution into a high-velocity product function.
What You’ll Do
- Set the Vision – Develop and communicate the strategy for Hospiria and TrustedStays that aligns with customer needs, platform scalability, and commercial growth.
- Own the Roadmap – Prioritise effectively across user problems, commercial drivers, and platform-level bets. Balance long-term architecture with near-term value delivery.
- Drive Discovery – Embed habits of continuous learning from customers and internal teams. Turn insight into informed, testable product bets.
- Be the Conductor – Align engineering, design, ops, and commercial teams with clarity and momentum. Drive focus without being the bottleneck.
- Build Product-Led Culture – Support the shift to empowered, outcome-oriented engineering through strong context, not control.
- Lead Execution – Ensure consistent cadence across product and tech, driving quality output with measurable impact.
- Scale the Function – Grow product capabilities, design input, and delivery systems in line with company needs.
Who You Are
You’re a product leader with range: you can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to copy, UX, or Jira tickets. You’ve worked in B2B SaaS or platform environments and know how to lead cross-functional teams in lean, hands-on settings.
You’re not just a roadmap owner—you’re a business thinker, a systems builder, and a strong communicator. You know how to listen, frame trade-offs, and get teams aligned behind the right things.
You’ve probably:
- Been a senior PM or Head of Product in a SaaS startup or scale-up
- Owned the roadmap and product strategy across multiple workstreams or brands
- Worked closely with engineers, and can talk fluently about APIs, integrations, and architecture
- Built structure where there wasn’t much before—product processes, discovery rhythms, hiring plans
- Created clarity in ambiguous environments and earned trust through well-judged prioritisation
- Delivered measurable customer impact and commercial results through product
- Ideally well-versed in the Residential Real Estate space – short-stay, mid-lets, and flexible living.
You’re energised by autonomy, but you know how to keep momentum aligned with the business. You seek excellence, not polish—and you believe shipping product that solves hard customer problems is the best way to learn.
Bonus if you have
- Experience with multi-sided platforms or marketplace dynamics
- Exposure to proptech, travel tech, or B2B vertical SaaS
- A background in continuous discovery, experimentation, or dual-track agile
- Confidence with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), SQL, or data modelling
