We're looking for an experienced IT Service Management Lead to support and continually improve IT service operations across a large enterprise environment. Over the next 8 months, you'll work closely with IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders. The IT Service Management Lead will coordinate service management activities including Change, Major Incident and Problem Management whilst helping improve service quality, reporting, governance and the overall user experience.

Key Experience Needed- Strong knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management processes
- Experience coordinating Major Incidents and Change Management
- Experience with Problem Management and Continual Service Improvement
- Knowledge of Service Catalogue and Request Management
- Experience using enterprise ITSM platforms (Remedy, ServiceNow or similar)
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple operational priorities
- Coordinate Change Management activities including CAB meetings and approvals
- Lead Major Incident coordination and stakeholder communications
- Support Problem Management and root cause improvement initiatives
- Maintain and improve Digital Workplace and Service Catalogue offerings
- Work closely with Service Desk, Security and third-party suppliers
- Produce operational reporting and customer satisfaction metrics
- Improve data quality across ITSM platforms
- Deliver process improvements, documentation and operational guidance
