We’re supporting a major transformation programme looking for a proactive Business Analyst to bring clarity, structure, and accountability into a fast-moving delivery environment. This is not a documentation-heavy BA role. The company needs someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging evolving requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery stays focused on real business outcomes.
The Business Analyst will work closely with Product, Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering teams to shape requirements, refine backlogs, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear delivery plans. The environment is focused on operational improvement, field service processes, and platform optimisation, so experience working within product-led or enterprise transformation environments would be highly beneficial.
Key Experience Needed- Strong Business Analysis experience within complex transformation programmes
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and control evolving requirements
- Experience translating business needs into structured user stories and delivery-ready requirements
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability
- Experience supporting backlog refinement, scope management, and delivery sequencing
- Exposure to Product Ownership or Product-led delivery models
- Understanding of Salesforce, Field Service, or operational platform environments beneficial
- Comfortable travelling across the UK when required
