Software Development Team Lead – We are actively looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join a company who are going through a tremendous amount of change. As the Software Development Team Lead you will guide a talented development team in delivering high-quality software enhancements, resolving support issues, and driving process improvements.
As the Software Development Team Lead you will lay a key role in balancing hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities whilst ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, to specification, and with excellence.
Key Skills for the Software Development Team Lead:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
- Strong technical expertise in; C#.NET, Oracle, SQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Experience managing small, agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
- Previously worked in large organisations that are going through significant change.
