We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a large infrastructure and utilities services organisation based in Hertfordshire. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in improving systems and processes that power safe, efficient service delivery across a complex, multi-contract environment. The Senior Business Analyst will provide excellent stakeholder management skills and bridge the gap between the IT and Business function. The Senior Business Analyst will need to take very high level requirements and drive them to lower level at a fast pace!
Experience Needed for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Highly experienced Business Analyst with experience in managing teams (Senior or Lead)
- System and Business Process Analysis experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Map out AS IS and TO BE processes.
- Extremely proactive.
- Worked in very complex environments.
