We’re partnering with a large organisation delivering a complex Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme that is moving from design into delivery. The programme requires strong functional leadership to translate business needs into practical, standard‑led Oracle solutions and to challenge legacy ways of working.
We’re seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst / Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Finance and Projects, working closely alongside the ERP Architect. This role replaces a traditional Business Analyst: the programme needs deep Oracle product knowledge, credible functional challenge, and clear translation of business needs into workable Oracle designs – not passive documentation.

- Analyse current business processes and existing Oracle configuration
- Identify where current processes will not scale or where Oracle standard must be applied differently
- Translate business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion functional designs
- Challenge statements such as “this won’t work for us” with clear Oracle‑led alternatives and trade‑offs
- Help the business move away from legacy thinking and unnecessary customisation
- Clearly document design assumptions, scope boundaries, and accepted compromises
- Ensure designs are understood, validated, and signed off by all relevant stakeholders
- Proactively support the transition from design into delivery
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Projects, including: Project costing, WIP tracking, Integration with Finance and Supply Chain
- Working knowledge of: Inventory, Order Management, Procure-to‑Pay
- Experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion design workshops
- Confident challenging business stakeholders using Oracle product knowledge
- Comfortable explaining Oracle constraints and offering workable alternatives
- Outcome‑focused mindset; proactive and delivery‑oriented
