We’re seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead complex IT transition and transformation programmes, with a strong focus on acquisitions. You’ll be embedded in a high-growth organisation delivering strategic IT change across enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.
You’ll work closely with project leads, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across business-critical workstreams.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT transition/transformation programmes
- Strong background in M&A integration projects
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT platforms – Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong grasp of risk, budget, and vendor management
- Proficient in programme governance, reporting, and PMO methodologies
Bonus Points
- MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent qualifications
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and managing offshore teams
