We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to lead the Project Billing workstream, with additional focus on OTL and Project Costing. This role is critical in shaping the billing setup and ensuring clean integration between time, cost, and billing data — even where Billing is not yet live.

You'll work closely with both business and technical teams to define processes, validate configuration, and support data alignment. This is a functional BA-style role, focused on guiding and validating the solution, not hands-on config.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional strategy for Project Billing, ensuring alignment with OTL and Project Costing.
  • Review and improve current setup; identify gaps across time entry, costing, and billing.
  • Ensure correct data flow from OTL to Costing to Billing, supporting future billing readiness.
  • Work with technical teams to validate integration points and data accuracy.
  • Guide business users on how project, time, and cost data should behave and support billing outcomes.
Experience Required:
  • 7+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS).
  • Proven track record in Project Billing; OTL and Project Costing experience highly desirable.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle modules and data flows.
  • Able to operate as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
