We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the Intake & Automation product area within a growing healthcare services organisation. The focus of the role is improving how patients move through referral, onboarding and care pathways.

You'll be responsible for making these processes smoother, faster and more efficient - reducing manual effort, improving workflows and introducing automation where it adds real value. This role sits across product, operations and technology, working closely with clinical, operational and engineering teams. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow problems and delivering clear, measurable improvements to both user experience and operational performance.

Key Experience Needed
  • Experience as a Product Manager owning a product area end-to-end
  • Background in workflow-heavy or operations-focused products
  • Strong product discovery skills (user research, data, process mapping)
  • Experience improving workflows, automation or internal tools
  • Comfortable defining metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with Engineering, Design and Delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Exposure to AI, automation or LLM-based features (nice to have)
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (nice to have)
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for Intake & Automation
  • Improve referral, onboarding, triage and case workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive practical improvements
  • Increase automation and reduce manual work
  • Introduce AI where it adds real value
  • Track key metrics (automation, cycle time, quality)
  • Work cross-functionally with Ops, Clinical, Engineering and Design
  • Run workshops and align teams on solutions
  • Build scalable, well-controlled solutions
