We’re supporting a major UK organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme, replacing a legacy system of record platform with a modern SaaS solution. They’re looking for a pragmatic Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to help drive day-to-day delivery across the programme, working closely with both internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner. This role is less about textbook Agile ceremonies and more about hands-on delivery coordination, sprint visibility, dependency management, and keeping transformation workstreams moving effectively.

Key Experience Needed

  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Experience managing vendors or implementation partners
  • Experience coordinating sprint-based delivery environments
  • Comfortable operating in evolving or less mature Agile environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across the programme
  • Maintain visibility across sprint activity and project progress
  • Track blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external solution providers
  • Align external sprint planning with internal Agile processes
  • Ensure workstreams remain organised, prioritised, and progressing effectively
