IT Workstream Programme Lead (Oracle, Infrastructure, Integration)
Location: Hybrid – offices based in Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 months initial
Day Rate: £750 – £800 Inside IR35
We are actively seeking an experienced IT Workstream Programme Lead to support a high-profile business integration following a recent acquisition. This role will lead a critical IT workstream within a wider transformation programme that spans both enterprise systems and infrastructure.
As the IT Workstream Programme Lead, you will take ownership of two key delivery areas:
- A complex Oracle implementation (ERP, HCM, SCM, and PPM)
- A major IT infrastructure consolidation and EUC/device rollout
The successful IT Workstream Programme Lead will bring a blend of programme delivery expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on technical understanding. This role is a unique opportunity to drive outcomes on a live programme operating on a critical path through to February 2026.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Lead multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM)
- Proven experience in technical infrastructure delivery – including service transition, server consolidation, and EUC/device rollouts
- Strong programme management and governance capabilities
- Confident stakeholder manager at senior/exec level, including reporting and escalation
- Skilled at risk identification, mitigation, and maintaining programme momentum
- Comfortable owning delivery in a complex, multi-workstream environment
