We’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to support a major transformation within a fast-growing, capital-heavy Energy division. This is a high-impact role, bridging Group-level change and operational delivery, turning strategy into practical, deliverable outcomes in a safety-critical, technically complex environment.

If you’ve worked in asset-heavy, operational organisations and have experience with capital programmes, infrastructure delivery, or long-term investment projects, this is an opportunity to drive change where it really matters.

You’ll need to combine strong influence and political savvy with a solid understanding of how multi-year programmes are delivered, and be comfortable engaging with senior MDs and operational leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning delivery of the division’s change plan within a wider enterprise programme
  • Acting as the bridge between Group and Divisional leaders
  • Holding senior leaders accountable while maintaining trust
  • Driving consistency across processes, roles, systems, and delivery models
  • Navigating complex stakeholder politics, sequencing priorities, and making practical change happen

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Are a seasoned Change or Transformation lead in complex operational environments
  • Understand capital programmes, infrastructure delivery, and long-term investment realities
  • Can operate credibly at MD/C-suite level and influence without authority
  • Are politically astute, resilient, and skilled at bringing strong operational leaders on the journey
  • Thrive in ambiguous, slow-burn change initiatives where impact depends on trust and influence
