Are you a skilled Business Process Analyst with a background in Oracle ERP and HCM transformation? We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation across two business entities. You’ll lead the capture of As-Is and To-Be processes across areas like Inventory, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and OTL, working closely with SMEs to shape the future-state solution.

You’ll document processes, identify gaps, assess change impacts, and work hand-in-hand with the Programme Manager and wider teams to ensure alignment and clarity across the programme.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gathering
  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM (Fusion preferred)
  • Skilled in analysing As-Is vs To-Be states and identifying change impacts
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Strong knowledge of Visio, Excel, and process mapping tools
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP migration projects is highly desirable
