Business Change Manager - MSP Transition
£600 per day Inside IR35
Hybrid – 1 day per week in Hertfordshire

We're looking for a seasoned Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme within a complex, fast-moving organisation.
This role requires someone who can step into an evolving environment, create structure where there is ambiguity, and drive engagement across senior leadership and frontline teams.
You'll bring:
- Proven Business Change Management experience within large transformation programmes
- MSP / Managed Service Provider transition experience
- Operating Model Transformation experience
- Technology Transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including CIO, Director and SLT engagement
- Change Adoption, Business Readiness and Change Impact Assessment expertise
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- The ability to influence, challenge and gain buy-in at all levels
