We're supporting a well-established organisation within the UK media industry that is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support a number of business-critical initiatives across its advertising technology and broadcast sales landscape. This is a specialist role requiring somebody who understands the end-to-end broadcast advertising lifecycle, can work closely with business stakeholders, and has the confidence to bridge the gap between commercial teams and technology. You'll play a key role in analysing current processes, gathering requirements, and helping shape improvements across ad sales platforms and associated business workflows.
Key Experience Needed
- Previous experience working as a Lead Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of the UK broadcast and media sector
- Expertise across broadcast advertising sales workflows, including: Media buying, Inventory management, Forecasting, Campaign optimisation, Trafficking, Billing.
- Experience working with broadcast ad management platforms, ideally Landmark
- Knowledge of industry platforms such as Caria, Clearcast, and Mediaocean
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Experience delivering business change within media, broadcasting, or advertising environments
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technology teams to gather, document, and refine requirements
- Analyse and improve existing broadcast ad sales processes and workflows
- Act as the link between operational teams, product, and technology stakeholders
- Support the delivery and optimisation of advertising platforms and associated integrations
- Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and help drive successful project delivery
- Provide specialist insight into UK broadcast advertising systems and industry best practices
