We are looking for a confident and reliable PMO Analyst to support a Project Delivery Lead and wider project team within a large-scale business transformation programme. This role is critical in ensuring the programme runs smoothly through strong coordination, governance support, and proactive project administration. This is not a delivery ownership role - instead, you will be the trusted backbone of the project, enabling effective communication, well-run workshops, and accurate reporting across a fast-moving programme environment.
Key Experience Needed
- Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst or Project Support Officer on complex programmes
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and control processes
- Confident supporting senior Project Managers / Delivery Leads
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable setting up and managing workshops, meetings, and project forums
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident communicator
- Experience working in transformation or change programmes (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day PMO support to the Project Delivery Lead and wider project team
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and key governance forums
- Maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and action trackers
- Support the preparation of project status reports and highlight packs
- Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring updates are captured accurately
- Support budget tracking and administrative controls where required
- Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure project information is kept up to date, accurate, and accessible
- Support a collaborative and well-organised delivery environment
