Job Description

Technology Director

Contract Length: 6-12 Months

Location: Bristol Area (3 days on-site)

Day Rate: £600-£700 Outside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an interim Technology Director to lead business change and technology strategy during a major transformation. You'll be responsible for driving a CRM implementation from a C-level perspective, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, technology, and business objectives.

Key Experience Required

* Proven background as a Technology or IT Director in change/transformation environments

* Hands-on experience leading CRM implementations (enterprise-level preferred)

* Strong track record in business change and digital strategy

* Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders

* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Bonus Points

* Experience in food, retail, or distribution sectors

* Previous success modernising legacy systems or processes

* Familiarity with scaling technology functions in fast-changing organisations
