A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Director of Service Delivery to join a leading organisation located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will be expected to go to the office 2 times a week. The organisation is currently merging a number of businesses together, including all applications, and is making significant investments in new technologies to enhance its infrastructure and services they can provide across all areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Service Delivery with strong team leadership skills to contribute significantly to building and upgrading their IT services and strategy. The Director of Service Delivery will be collaborating closely with the Director of Technology and other heads to oversee change, problem, incident management, and 3rd party suppliers across all technological aspects of the organisation. As this organisation continually invests in its infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to progress your career.
