As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a structured training programme designed to set you up for success from day one. You’ll be supported by our in-house Learning & Development team, external industry experts, and experienced consultants who will mentor you throughout your journey. You’ll work closely with an established client base, helping to source top tech talent across specialist markets. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll develop skills in relationship building, candidate management, and delivery, while making a real impact on growing businesses.
