- Proven track record of developing new business, winning clients, and driving revenue growth within agency recruitment (ideally in the Tech or Professional Services market)
- Strong billing history with consistent success in both client acquisition and account expansion
- Excellent client and candidate control skilled at influencing, negotiating, and delivering high-value outcomes
- A natural relationship-builder with standout communication skills, confident engaging at all levels from hiring managers to C-suite
- Highly organised and commercially minded, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
