85000 - 95000 per annum + Flexible, HybridHertfordshirePermanentSolution Architect90,000 - 95,000Hertfordshire | HybridI'm partnered with a large UK-wide infrastructure organisation who are looking to hire a Solution Architect to support a major technology transformation across the business.Following significant growth and acquisitions, the organisation is working to bring together a complex technology estate, improve integrations between systems and develop its architecture function.This role will focus on designing end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications, while helping improve architecture standards and ways of working.The role will:Design end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications and systems integrationsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, producing high-level designs and evaluating optionsWork across Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle and other enterprise platformsGuide solution delivery, working closely with stakeholders, developers and external suppliersHelp improve architecture governance, standards and processes across the wider functionSkills required:Strong Solution Architecture experience across enterprise applications and systems integrationExperience designing solutions across multiple technologies, rather than specialising in one platformStrong understanding of integration architecture, data flows and high-level solution designExperience working with Microsoft technologies, with Salesforce or Oracle exposure advantageousExcellent stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within large, complex or transformation-heavy organisations
