We are currently working with an exciting, fast-growing AI start-up that is looking for a talented Lead Full Stack Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.
The company is developing an innovative AI-powered platform designed to transform the property management industry, using intelligent automation and agentic AI to revolutionise how businesses operate.
As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and scaling the company's core platform. You'll work closely with the Head of Engineering and founders, taking ownership of technical decisions, building scalable applications and helping lead a small team of talented engineers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, enjoys building products from the ground up and wants genuine ownership over the technology they develop.
- Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js
- Excellent knowledge of Node.js and NestJS
- Previous experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience building scalable applications, APIs and microservices
- Exposure to AI, LLMs or agentic AI development
- Experience leading engineers while remaining hands-on
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and engineering best practices
