The organisation is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital function, manage and develop a growing team, and strengthen how its online channels engage audiences and generate income.
This is a broad, hands-on role with immediate ownership of the next phase of the charity's website redevelopment. You'll improve user journeys and online conversion, turn existing insight into a measurable action plan and build a more connected approach across web, content, email, social and paid media. - Broad digital marketing experience spanning websites, content, email, audience journeys, analytics and ideally paid media.
- A track record of leading website improvement, with a strong understanding of UX, conversion optimisation and content strategy.

- Experience leading and developing people, while providing clear priorities and direction within a changing environment.
