I'm working with a charity organisation that is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst to support an ongoing Salesforce CRM migration and wider technology transformation programme. The role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across both business and technical teams within a Salesforce environment.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will:

  • Support the project team with day-to-day delivery activities
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  • Take ownership of RAID logs and action tracking
  • Work closely with internal and external Salesforce administrators
  • Support Agile delivery processes and project coordination
  • Help bridge the gap between business users and technical teams

Required experience:

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM/BA role
  • Experience working with Salesforce / CRM platforms
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing RAID logs, actions, and project documentation
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
