Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning technology, software and digital recruitment consultancy based in St Albans. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our high-performing teams. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and established clients to help deliver top tech talent across specialist markets.
The role involves sourcing, engaging and managing candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process — with plenty of candidate interaction and real impact from day one. You’ll receive structured training from our in-house L&D team, alongside support from external industry experts and ongoing mentoring, giving you hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and candidate management with clear progression as you develop.
We’re open to applicants from graduate or customer-facing backgrounds such as hospitality, retail or sales. What matters most is attitude — being proactive, confident, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.
