Base pay range

£65k to £90k base + ~1% equity + benefits

Hybrid in London. At least 3 days on site

The mission

Build an AI indexed knowledge graph of doctors and a search layer that helps teams plan go to market with data, not guesswork. Own backend services that power search, data flows, and product features.

What you will do

• Build Python services and APIs that ship to production
• Operate and tune Elasticsearch for relevance, indexing, and pagination
• Design schemas and pipelines across Postgres and MongoDB
• Run CI and CD, improve build times, handle deployments and rollbacks
• Collaborate with data and ML to productionise models
• Instrument for observability and own incidents end to end

What you will bring

• 1+ year engineering with strong Python in production
• Hands on Elasticsearch experience
• CI and CD experience, version control best practice
• Comfortable with Azure or Google Cloud
• Product mindset, clear communication, UK work rights, 3 days on site
