We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Support Analyst to join a large, enterprise-scale finance systems environment. This is a hands-on role acting as the bridge between finance teams, IT, and a third-party managed service provider, supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple business units.
The role suits someone with deep functional Oracle Financials knowledge, strong accounting understanding, and experience operating in complex, regulated environments.
Key Experience Needed- Extensive hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud Financials in large enterprise environments
- Strong functional knowledge of core modules (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience supporting period close and ensuring financial data integrity
- Exposure to Oracle EPM (PBCS, ARCS, FCCS) and treasury-related applications
- Understanding of SOX controls and financial compliance
- Experience working with MSPs and ITIL-based support models
- Confident engaging stakeholders across Finance and IT
- Act as lead support for Oracle Cloud Financials across the organisation
- Manage configuration, user support, and issue resolution
- Support period close activities and maintain data integrity
- Deliver small enhancements end-to-end (requirements, UAT, deployment)
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and testing cycles
- Transition project work into BAU support
- Provide training and guidance to finance users
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- SQL and reporting experience
- Exposure to APIs and system integrations
- Experience working in highly regulated or SOX environments
